WHEN
When will the conference take place?
ICVV (International Congress of Vaccine and Vaccination) 2026 Congress will be held during April 22–23, 2026.
Where will the conference be held?
ICVV 2026 will be held in Hybrid Mode: Participants can join in-person at Milad Tower, Tehran, Iran, or virtually from home or work.
Virtual participation will be available exclusively for international participants residing outside Iran.

Registration for ICVV 2026 Congress opens on October 8, 2025.

What does my registration cost cover?
For in-person participants:
• Access to all conference sessions, poster and exhibition area
• Conference kit including name tag, program booklet and Abstract Book
• 2 coffee breaks and lunch for all conference days
• Certificate accreditation from Organizing Committee

• Upon completing the registration process, participation in the educational workshops will be completely free for all attendees.
Note: Participants registered under Listener and accompanying category are not allowed to present their papers in Oral or Poster sessions.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
• All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretary.
• Cancellation before 90 days: full refund minus $100 processing fee.
• Within 90 days: non-refundable but applicable to the upcoming event.
• Registrations are transferable until January 06, 2025.
• Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference.
Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers’ control. Fees can be transferred to future editions.

How to submit an Abstract?
Please submit your papers through the website after completing your registration, using the “Submit Paper” option in your personal dashboard.
Where do I go to submit an abstract?
You may submit proposals online via our Abstract Submission Portal.
Do you have any template for paper submission?
Yes, it is available on the website in the Paper Submission section.
May I submit more than one proposal?
Yes. You may submit more than one proposal and participate in more than one session either in an oral or poster session.
When will I know if my paper has been accepted?
Once you submit the abstract, we will let you know the acceptance after review by the scientific committee. If you do not receive the acceptance notification, please contact: Contact Secretariat
PRESENTATIONS
How much time will be given for an oral presenter?
Each Oral Presenter will have about 10 minutes for presentation including Q/A session.
How much time will be given for a Poster presenter?
Each Poster Presenter will have 10–15 minutes for presentation including Q/A session.
What language should I speak during the presentation?
The working language of the conference is English.
Can I bring my own laptop for presentation?
Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.

Can the organizers provide an invitation letter for visa application?
The conference organizers can provide an official invitation letter upon request to support your visa application.
What should I do before traveling?
Please ensure that your visa is obtained before traveling to Iran.
