About the ICVV Exhibition
Companies, institutions, knowledge-based enterprises, manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and specialist service providers are invited to participate in the exhibition accompanying the 1st International Congress of Vaccine and Vaccination and present their achievements, products, technologies, and organizational capabilities.

Confirmation, financial details, and final reservation requirements will be issued.

Final Booth Allocation
The booth position is finalized after documentation and payment requirements are completed.

• Reservations become final only after Secretariat approval, completion of documentation, and full payment.
• Booth allocation is subject to the selected zone and remaining availability.
• The organizer may make limited adjustments to the final floor plan where operationally necessary.
• Rates and additional services are valid only after final confirmation by the ICVV Secretariat.
