Registration is completed through the official congress registration system. Applicants must complete the registration form, select the appropriate participant category, and pay the applicable registration fee. Registration is considered final only after the submitted information and payment status have been confirmed.

Early-bird registration is available until 22 July 2026, while standard registration remains open until 22 October 2026. On-site registration may also be available on 16–17 December 2026, subject to remaining capacity.

Yes. Researchers may submit scientific abstracts under the announced congress themes. All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted contributions may be assigned as oral or poster presentations. Information regarding publication in the official abstract book or congress proceedings will be announced separately by the Scientific Committee.

Abstract submission is organized in three rounds:
First round: 21 June 2026
Second round: 22 September 2026
Final deadline: 6 November 2026
Any deadline extension or procedural update will be announced through the official congress website.

Yes. Eligible participants will receive an official certificate after the congress and verification of attendance. Certificates for presenting authors may also indicate the type of scientific contribution, including oral or poster presentation, according to the officially recorded information.

Continuing education credits are available for certain veterinary professional categories. Credits may be awarded for congress attendance and for accepted oral or poster presentations. The number of credits depends on professional category, license type, and form of participation. Final credit approval is subject to attendance verification and compliance with the regulations of the competent authority.

International participants who require a visa to enter Iran should contact the Congress Secretariat after completing registration. Following verification of registration details and the required documents, the Secretariat will review the request for an official invitation letter in support of the visa application.

An invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision remains with the relevant diplomatic, consular, and immigration authorities. Participants are advised to begin the visa process as early as possible.

Accommodation is not automatically included in the registration fee unless otherwise announced through an official notice. Limited accommodation support for selected students or eligible participants may be considered, but submitting a request does not guarantee approval or reservation.

Accommodation requests should include the participant’s full name, registration category, student status, arrival and departure dates, and any relevant explanation. Requests may be sent to icvv1405@gmail.com.

The main congress program is currently planned as an in-person event at Milad Tower in Tehran. Any virtual, live-streamed, or hybrid participation option will be announced exclusively through an official congress notice. Until such an announcement is published, online participation should not be considered confirmed.

The congress is designed for researchers, faculty members, physicians, veterinarians, pharmacists, immunologists, microbiologists, biotechnology executives, vaccine manufacturers, knowledge-based companies, students, policymakers, regulators, investors, and professionals working in public health, vaccine science, and One Health.

Companies and organizations may submit the organization name, responsible representative, field of activity, required booth area, preferred exhibition zone, and technical requirements to the Congress Secretariat. The minimum reservable area is 9 square metres, with booth locations available in Zones A, B, and C.

Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Final allocation is completed after availability review, Secretariat approval, documentation, and payment.

Organizations, companies, scientific institutions, and technology enterprises may contact the Secretariat to request sponsorship packages, brand visibility opportunities, professional networking options, and participation in scientific or exhibition programs.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted to the Secretariat on or before 16 September 2026. From 17 September 2026 onward, registration fees are non-refundable. However, the registration value may be transferred to a future edition of the congress in accordance with the applicable policy.

Approved refunds will be processed during the second week after the congress. In the event of force majeure, decisions will be made in accordance with the organizer’s official policy.

Yes. Requests to transfer registration to another person must be submitted to the Secretariat no later than 15 November 2026. The transfer becomes valid only after the replacement participant’s information has been reviewed and written confirmation has been issued by the Secretariat.
