Participation of the ICVV Scientific Secretary in the IMAPAC-2025 Expert Panel

 
Dr. Seyed Reza Bani Hashemi, Scientific Secretary of the 1st International Congress of Vaccine and Vaccination (ICVV) and Director of Research and Development (R&D) at the Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute, participated in a specialized expert panel organized by IMAPAC, as part of ICVV’s active engagement in the international scientific community.

In a panel entitled:

“Enhancing Precision in Vaccine Delivery for Upper Respiratory Tract Immunization,”

Dr. Bani Hashemi discussed innovative approaches to improving the precision and effectiveness of vaccine delivery systems targeting the upper respiratory tract—an area recognized as a strategic scientific priority of the International Congress of Vaccine and Vaccination (ICVV).

The IMAPAC-hosted panel convened leading international experts to exchange perspectives on mucosal vaccines, advanced delivery technologies, and the optimization of local immune responses, aligning closely with the One Health approach and the scientific vision of the ICVV.

The participation of the Scientific Secretary of the 1st International Congress of Vaccine and Vaccination (ICVV) in IMAPAC expert panels underscores the growing international profile of the ICVV as an emerging scientific platform in vaccinology, actively contributing to global dialogue, knowledge exchange, and innovation in vaccine development.

The 1st International Congress of Vaccine and Vaccination (ICVV) will be held on 22–23 April at the Milad Tower, Tehran, with a focus on advancing the vaccine innovation ecosystem through a One Health perspective.
